People I met in Japan – Shigeru

A short little comic about a quiet, lovely man I met in a yakitori restaurant in Tokyo.

We chatted together for a couple of hours and he bought us a couple of shots of sake. We were all sitting at the counter and shared a cheers. He’s seemed reserved at first but once he opened up, he was fascinating to talk to.
