Paul Kane Park in Watercolour

I spent the last warm evening of the summer drawing and painting at Paul Kane Park before the descent of autumn in Edmonton. Now, its cold and wet in Edmonton. I fear we are going to lose our beautiful autumn colours before the end of September.

Paul Kane Ornamental Pond is a public-use park in Edmonton. It was recently redesigned using a previous pond feature but vastly improved. I love this park. It is so peaceful and when I bike by there are often groups of people lounging in solitude.
