Abstract Mountain Series

Over the past six months, nature has been a primary subject of my creative projects. This series of abstract mountain landscapes were created from my mind’s eye – reflecting back on the hikes we have done over the years in the Rocky Mountains in western Canada.

It was quite fun to let go of accuracy and just let my paintbrush move. I’m also using my new favourite watercolour paints by BEAM Paints. Anong Migwans Beam makes beautiful, natural paints and you are supporting an Indigenous female entrepreneur.
