Hello! I’m Meredith, a Communications & Marketing professional with 10+ years of experience leading creative teams. My expertise is in communications strategy, brand architecture and management, and creative design, and I practice facilitative leadership.
I have experience creating communications positions and departments from the ground up in 3 organizations, each in a different industry. I’m a trusted advisor for executive leaders in business communication, advocacy, and public relations.
I’ve been described as a “communications unicorn” 🦄
My purpose is to promote arts and culture and put my energy towards progressing causes for the social good. I’m interested in communications management in industries such as publishing, education, social development non-profits, environmental conservation, and international development.

2022- Present – A public member of the Creative Combat Committee to raise funds in support of ArtsPlace in Canmore, AB.
I joined the Canadian Mountain Arts Foundation (CMAF) as a Board Member in April 2024.
Alberta Women’s Health Foundation
2021 – I was a donor profile on their website and social media.
Truth and Reconciliation
2016 – Present – I have been lucky to learn, participate, and contribute to multiple Indigenous Initiatives when I started working at UAlberta.
My time at Spirit North also focused on the Calls to Action towards health, sport, & recreation.
