Hi Sven, Thank you! I’m always happy to hear from readers :) I have been to Hasselt, a good friend of mine grew up there. Right before I left for Canada, I went to the Hobbit at the huge movie theatre and had a lovely supper at terrific Mexican restaurant. I thought it was a beautiful city! Someday, I hope to check out the jenever festival, wafel flavour sounds delicious :)

Haha, in fact last week I discovered Speculoos in a jar. It is creamy, wonderful and way worse for me than peanut butter. Of course it is my new obsession and it goes on fresh bread, apple slices… orr straight out of the jar on a knife. I’ll bring you some back in the winter time ;)
